Lederskab handler om personlighed og måden at være menneske på. Som leder er du en rollemodel. Du skal være ordentlig, åben, turde være sårbar og hele tiden gå forrest. Hvis du har det mod, får du følgeskab. At vide, hvad ledelse gør ved mennesker, er centralt i Andrea Rudolphs måde at lede mennesker på. Det er centralt i hendes tilgang, at man skal øve sig i ledelse hver eneste dag for at blive en bedre leder. At være leder betyder, at du skal hjælpe medarbejderne med at præstere og udfolde deres fulde potentiale. Få det allerbedste ud af dine medarbejdere. De kan langt mere, end du tror – hvis de får frihed og mulighed for at udfolde alt det, de kan. Det ansvar har du som leder. Leadership is about personality and the way of being human. As a leader you are a role model. You must be proper, open, dare to be vulnerable and constantly lead from the front. If you possess that courage, then your employees will follow you. To know what leadership does to individuals is essential in Andrea Rudolph’s way of leading. It is key in her leadership approach that you must practice being a leader every day in order to become a better leader. As an entrepreneur, one does not think a lot about leadership in the beginning, but when the company grows, the leadership responsibility becomes extremely prevalent as the employees desire feedback, recognition, freedom and visible leadership.

Good leadership demands with other words practice and sustained attention on the everyday work life with the employees.
