Workshop med Kim Kristensen: Elsk Kaos

Virksomheders største udfordringer i dag er digitaliseringen, der øger hastigheden hvormed forandringerne kommer. De store ændringer forårsaget af digitaliseringen kan skabe kaos. Det kræver mod til at lede i kaos. Aldrig har grundvilkårene for at lede en organisation, virksomhed og/eller en kommune ændret sig så radikalt, som vi oplever nu og fortsat kommer til at opleve i fremtiden. Det kræver parathed og en form ledelse, der hele tiden er opmærksomhed på at have den rette organisation, de rette medarbejder, de rette kompetencer og kan udvikle nye måder at organisere sig på. De sidste fem år har Kim Kristensen fulgt udviklingen både nationalt og internationalt og har dermed skabt sig stor teoretisk og praktisk viden, der i høj grad kan hjælpe virksomheder til at præstere bedre i fremtiden. At sikre dette kræver et opgør med resultatmålinger, simple måleskemaer, meningsløse KPI’er og regnearksledelse. I fremtiden bør der primært blive målt på præsentationen frem for det herskende ensidige fokus på resultatet. En sådan måde at lede på tager højde for, at vi lever i en kaotisk tid – og kan dermed tackle dette kaos og vende det til muligheder frem for begrænsninger.

Kim Kristensens tre timers workshop “Elsk Kaos” sætter fokus på strategi, organisation og medarbejdere for at sikre, at forandringerne implementeres. Workshoppen søger også at give deltagerne motivation og engagement til at udfolde de enkelte medarbejders fulde potentiale. Det bliver de opfordret til at gøre ved at sætte medarbejderne fri, så de kan præstere bedre trods kaos og konstante forandringer i omverdenen.

Workshop with Kim Kristensen: Love Chaos

The biggest challenges to companies in our contemporary world, is the digitalisation which has increased the speed with which changes appear. The tremendous changes created by digitalisation can create chaos. It demands courage to lead in chaos. Never before has the premises for leading an organisation, company and/or municipality changed so radically as we experience now and will continue to experience in the future. These radical changes demand that the company is well-prepared. It also demands a type of leadership which constantly is aware that having the right organisation, the right employees, the right competencies and being able to develop new ways of organising oneself, is absolutely crucial. The last five years, Kim Kristensen has followed these development processes nationally as well as internationally and has in this way gained considerably theoretical and practical knowledge which to a great extent can help companies to perform better in the future. Ensuring high performance, demands an encounter with result estimations, simple spreadsheets and meaningless KPI’s as well as spreadsheet management. Kim Kristensen suggests that we primarily measure the performance instead of the maintaining the existing one-sided focus on the results. By leading with point of departure in the performance takes our chaotic time and surroundings into account. This will enable the leader to tackle the chaos and turn the chaotic surroundings into possibilities rather than allowing it to create limitations.

Kim Kristensen’s 3-hour workshop “Love Chaos” emphasises strategy, organisation and employees to ensure that changes are implemented. The workshop also seeks to provide the participants with motivation and engagement to unfold the individual employees’ full potential. The executives are encouraged to do that by setting the employees free so that they can perform better despite chaos and continuous changes in their surroundings.
