What does leadership theory say about the development tendencies and about what is demanded to perform in the real world? One of the premises to perform in our contemporary world is being able to say no to the one-sided use of spread-sheet management. Kim Kristensen suggests that we have to leave our innate focus on spread sheets behind and measure the performance instead. By doing that, results will come about by themselves and the spreadsheets will actually look better as well. Kim Kristensen believes that we should lead our organisations with foundation in a strong direction, mindset and purpose. The field of strategising does currently not have the necessary emphasis on changeability. The company must be able to reinvent itself continuously in order to be ready for the next season. Do you do that? The right framework must be in place in order to be active, offensive and a step ahead. Are you?
