Der er brug for et helt andet lederskab. Den traditionelle chef prøver at tvinge medarbejderne til at yde det maksimale gennem resultatkontrakter, KPI’er, LEAN, rapportering og kontrol. Det virker simpelt hen ikke, argumenterer Lars Kolind. Det, der virker, er at skabe rammer, hvor medarbejderne har frihed til at bruge deres faglighed til at nå mål, der giver mening. Det er Lars Kolinds pointe, og han har noget at have den i. We need a completely different form of leadership. We need a disruption in leadership style. The traditional boss tries to force his employees to work their utmost through performance contracts, KPI’s, LEAN, reporting and control. However, according to Lars Kolind that does simply not work and is in many ways counterintuitive. Lars Kolind suggests that what does work is creating frameworks in which the employee has freedom to use their professionalism to achieve goals with a sense of purpose. In the lecture he will present you with his path breaking philosophy and incite change in leadership.
