Renewal – not return: Nyt foredrag med Jim Hagemann Snabe

Lecture with Jim Hagemann Snabe: Renewal – not return

Leadership after the Corona crisis is seizing the opportunity to create real change. Instead of trying to return to the assumptions and business models we had before Covid-19, we should instead take a big step forward and accelerate the development towards a digital and sustainable future – with the human being at the center.

Covid-19 has seriously challenged our assumptions that the future can be planned. At the same time, Covid-19 has increased our readiness for change. It is now that we must ask ourselves the question: Which world do we want on the other side of Covid-19? How will Covid-19 change the way the world is connected? How do we want to shape the future when it comes to globalization, digitalisation and sustainability? How do we reinvent our organization and what role will we play? What leadership is needed to turn the crisis into an opportunity and develop the capacity for change we have learned from the crisis? Jim Hagemann Snabe calls it #RenevalNotReturn. After a long phase of crisis management, there is now a need to develop the leadership of the future, where human potential is unleashed, so that we take advantage of all the new opportunities to create a better future. It’s time for Renewal – not return.
