How to achieve customer satisfaction by focusing on the employees

Mette Hybschmann’s great passion is customer engagement, to brand a company through its employees and how to create a customer focused culture. She has extensive experience working with millennials and has specifically worked with how to motivate the younger generations. Mette Hybschmann has worked operationally, tactically, strategically and now also globally with these areas of interest in the Danish supermarkets chain Irma, during her career at McDonald’s and now also at Knauf. The results speak for themselves. Mette Hybschmann worked hard to make McDonald’s the best work place in Denmark three years in a row. By focusing on the employee experience, she achieved a significant change in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, the company image as well as the baseline.
