Louisa Loran startede sin karriere hos verdens største producent af øl, vin og spiritus, DIAGEO. Her stod hun for marketing og innovation og var en af hovedkræfterne bag virksomhedens omstilling til e-handel og den digitale tidsalder. I 2014 tog hun sine erfaringer med sig til A. P. Møller Mærsk, hvor hun spillede en central rolle i Mærsks transformation fra at være en traditionel shipping- og olie-virksomhed til at blive en af digitaliseret logistikvirksomhed med større relevans for sine kunder. Louisa blev i 2021 ansat i Google, hvor hun har ansvar for at markedsføre digitale løsninger på det europæiske, mellemøstlige og afrikanske marked.

Louisa taler om at gå forrest i forandringerne, at være autentisk og modig, også når man ikke selv kender alle svar, og at bruge virksomhedens følelsesmæssige intelligens til at skabe resultater. Biography

Louisa Loran started her career with the world’s largest producer of beer, wine and spirits, DIAGEO. Here she was in charge of marketing and innovation and was one of the main forces behind the company’s transition to e-commerce and the digital age. In 2014, she took her experience with her to A. P. Møller Mærsk, where she played a central role in Maersk’s transformation from being a traditional shipping and oil company to becoming a digitalized logistics company with greater relevance to its customers. Louisa was hired by Google in 2021, where she is responsible for marketing digital solutions in the European, Middle Eastern and African market.

Louisa talks about leading the way when it comes to change, being authentic and brave, even when you do not know all the answers yourself, and using the company’s emotional intelligence to create results. She challenges assumptions about people, structures and technology and she inspires to see digitization as something that not only belongs in a department or a project, but is a radical change that requires leadership and a sense of timing.
