Kim Kristensen is Master of Ceremonies for the Danish Royal family. He was previously adjutant for Her Majesty the Queen and chief of military operations in Croatia in 1995 and Kosovo in 2005. In 2007 he was appointed as Colonel and in 2007-2008 he served as Battle Group Commander of Danish troops in the Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
Kim Kristensen was announced Leader of the Year by the Danish Association of Managers and Executives in 2009. He gives lectures about leadership around the world and has written the bestseller book; “Follow me – leading from the front”. The book was awarded the “Best leadership book” of 2015 in Denmark. The book is published globally by the Irish publisher “Maverick House”. In 2017 Kim Kristensen was being presented by the Finnish Management Events as “The World’s Best Speaker”.
